Stef J.-M. Chr. de Jong, Senior Partner

Mr. de Jong started his carrer in strategic consulting in 1984,
when he joined Boyden International's European Headquarters in Geneva
as their number two.
Major fields of activity :Business development, Head Hunting and M&A
in the financial and trading sector.

In 1992 he moved to Minit International, with twelve divisions and
4600 shops worlwide, responsible for franchising and the reengineering
of the Group. In 1995 he set up Galenica's network of pharmacies.
 

At Lombard Odier, private bankers, one of the most prestigious banker's
partnerships in Europe, he was member of the general management between 1999 and 2003.

Since 2003 active with Equitys, he handles corporate finance operations,
M&A and strucures.

Stef de Jong holds postgraduates degrees from the university
of Geneva from both the Graduate Institute of International Studies
and the Graduate Institute of European Studies, with majors in
econometrics, finance, and international business law.

He is fluent in English, french, Dutch and German
